1. Agreement to Terms

4.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and software, a stable internet connection, an active and monitored email address, and protecting your login credentials.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, accept responsibility for all activities under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. If you purchase a subscription or recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for any applicable taxes.

10. Refund Policy

All products and services provided are digital and access is delivered immediately upon enrollment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: lack of results, failure to participate, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, change of mind, or perceived dissatisfaction. By accessing the program, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.

11. SMS & Text Messaging Terms

E-Com Simulation offers SMS messaging as part of our 1-on-1 e-commerce training to build a store designed to exit. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the following terms: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@ecomsimulation.io . Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy .

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and program stage. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment in our services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
